  • Take ownership of engagements from planning to completion, while working collaboratively with your team to ensure quality, insight, and compliance.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, offering technical guidance on accounting, practical advice on controls and wider advice.
  • Support business development through tenders, networking, and identifying opportunities to add value within existing relationships.
  • Mentor and develop audit seniors and trainees, contributing to a culture of learning, support, and shared success.
  • Stay informed on regulatory and sector developments, particularly those affecting charity governance and reporting.
  • Contribute to firm-wide initiatives including recruitment and training.
  • Use systems such as MS Teams, Excel, Word, CCH Audit Automation, CCH Accounts Production, and Inflo to manage workflows and deliver high-quality outputs.
