Description

Our Edinburgh office is seeking an individual to join our Business Support Team for a period of 3 months to help with an administration project.

The role

To process a high volume of new Letters of Engagement on behalf of our partners.

The responsibilities

Using our applications and templates:

  • Produce draft letters of engagement with accompanying appendices.
  • Pass prepared drafts to the relevant managers for review (and update if required)
  • Pass reviewed drafts to the relevant partners for approval and signature.
  • Send out letters of engagement Via DocuSign or a physical copy.
  • Update SharePoint tracking sheet at each stage of the process to identify which stage of the process each letter is at.

The team

This role will work alongside the wider Business Support Team which consists of the PA/Office Manager, a Personal Assistant and a Business Support Assistant and also work closely with partners from the Edinburgh office and managers from across the firm.

  • The ability to cope with repetitive tasks.
  • A flexible, professional approach and have the confidence and ability to communicate effectively.
  • A natural team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude and an excellent eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication, organisation and administrative skills.
  • Attention to detail: proof-reading all work and checking formatting, spelling and grammar.
  • Effective user of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Proactive approach and enthusiasm to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good English language and grammar skills.
  • Administration experience in a busy environment is desirable.
  • Background knowledge on DocuSign and PDF-docs is also desirable.
